Each year Bel Aire School participates in the National Geographic Bee, which is an annual competition organized by the National Geographic Society. The first level of the competition begins here at Bel Aire School. Our Preliminary Bee will held on Monday, Jan. 27-31, 2020 during lunch recess at 12:10. There will be one school winner who will have a chance to compete for a place in the state competition by taking a written, multiple-choice qualifying test on Jan. 31.
In preparation for the GeoBee, checkout the “Study Corner” and “Sample Questions” on the National Geographic website HERE. Everyone can test their geography knowledge with the exciting GeoBee Challenge, an online geography quiz, and be sure to download the “National Geographic GeoBee Challenge” app!
